ToSalsa.com: It all started in the Spring of 1999 from a weekly email which was circulated to all our salsaholic friends regarding the places to go during the week and where we were planning to hang out; and as a network source to find out details about various shows/functions. The weekly email network became a Toronto Dance Calendar circulated to anyone who didn’t want to miss out on any event in Toronto or around the world. Since Toronto didn’t have a major salsa or dance website, we decided to register TOsalsa.com to help make Toronto a global hotspot to attract great dancers and instructors.
